How do you store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We also use Streak, a secure CRM system hosted in GMail to hold data for communication purposes.
All SwopItUp team members who have admin access to Streak and/or Wix hold enhanced DBS checks.
We will only share this information with third-party services and/or with legal enforcement agencies, when required by law according to relevant local regulations.
How do you communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you to provide information about our company, and related services, or as otherwise necessary contact you in line with any applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail. You can opt out of communications from us at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, note that deleting or disabling cookies and other tracking technologies may prevent ups from accessing some parts of your site.
